A newcomer to the Hot Ones family for Season 20, Chef Chitra Agrawal created Brooklyn Delhi to honor her Indian-American identity. Inspired by Indian achars, Chitra created this Ghost Pepper Sauce as a blend of savory tomato, tamarind and a homemade masala mix.
